10 kicks reached!
Your baby is beautifully active. Log it and take a break!
When to start counting
From 28 weeks onwards, count kicks once or twice a day — ideally after a meal when baby is most active.
What counts as a kick
Any movement counts — kicks, rolls, flutters, jabs, or hiccups. 10 movements within 2 hours is reassuring.
When to call your doctor
If you feel fewer than 10 movements in 2 hours, have a snack, lie down, and try again. If still low — call your doctor immediately.
Tips for best results
Lie on your left side after a meal. Drink cold water or juice. Avoid counting after exercise — baby may be resting.
